I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge to the card on file.
No shows will not be tolerated and will be charged 100% off the service cost because that is just not cool. I respect your time, please respect mine.
In the rare event that I need to reschedule you last minute — I will apply a 50% discount to your next visit.
Of course I value your safety over anything. I will never charge someone for canceling due to weather. However, I kindly ask that you inform me no less that 4 hours prior to your appointment so I can plan my day accordingly.
